Its brand new and only used for less that 2 weeks. I bought this but ended up getting the 9850x3d instead. Since I didnt get a chance to return this within the 30 day Amazon window. I had to keep it. Its a great Cpu and can do Fclk 2200. The timings to tighten Hynix die Ram are easy with this CPU as it has a great IMC. I just wanted a 9850x3d which is why I dont need this CPU anymore. If anyone is interested let me know. Cash only. And also this is the lowest ill go because 350 is a damn great deal for this. I will NOT take less.
