We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility.
Duties
-Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to safety protocols.
-Develop and implement maintenance schedules using Fleetio to track work orders and equipment status.
-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
-Manage projects related to facility improvements, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems, including logic controllers, using tools such as voltmeters.
-Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance metrics.
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
-Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in mechanical knowledge and facilities management.
Experience
-Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role with a focus on project management.
-Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing various systems.
-Familiarity with Mcleod and Fleetio software for effective maintenance management.
-Proficient in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, for clear communication with team members and stakeholders.
-Previous experience in facilities management is preferred but not required.
